Barbie Boules Longevity Nutrition & Plate28 are partnering to get girls talking about food, nutrition, healthy habits & their bodies in a super-postive way that reflects evidence-based science instead of fads and real information about what they truly need to thrive. We'll be discussing balancing nourishment, quality sleep, joyful daily movement & self care skills and loving the skin they're in. 

This course is not about choosing the "right foods", it's about empowering girls to make choices about their nourishment that reflect their unique needs and preferences. This course aims to unwind the connection between looks and self-esteem, encourage an understanding that health is holistic, promote a healthy body image. Girls will be guided through non-judgemental group discussions and informative activities that promote a balanced mindset about what "healthy" really means.
