Join Adrean for his Introduction to Ashtanga workshop. An opportunity to learn more about this traditional yoga
Through the tradition Ashtanga sequence Adrean has cultivated a deeper connection to his physical and spiritual yoga practice.
Ashtanga literally means "eight-limbed yoga". During this special workshop Adrean will break down this idea, and open the discuss about what this practice really means for your mind, body and soul. Students will learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga primary series sequence and be guided through the entire standing series followed by select seated postures.
Modifications will be incorporated so that the postures will be accessible to all levels of yogis. The workshop will conclude with inversions and a final relaxing meditation.
Students are encouraged to bring water, yoga mat,
towel, and journal(optional).
