Michael Liss and Laura Liss are Franchise, Business and Real Estate Attorneys with FRANLAW:  Liss & Lamar, P.C., a full service corporate law firm working with businesses and those individuals who want to own their own businesses.  Michael and Laura focus on Business Start-Ups, Buying and Selling Businesses, Real Estate Leasing, and all aspects of Franchising.

I grew up working in downtown Hinsdale, starting in 1996 at my family's business, Hinsdale Furriers.  Unfortunately, we closed in 2021, however, I still work in the exact same building.  I am now the manager at Frederick Lynn which specializes in custom apparel, accessories, fine accoutrements and much more.

I have served on the Hinsdale Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors since 2019 and I volunteer at many of the community events such as Uniquely Thursdays, Wine Walk, and Fine Arts Festival.

I enjoy staying connected to Hinsdale and being involved with the community.  I plan to stay around for many more years to come.
