About Us

Julian Kitchen Design, Inc. is an award winning design firm specializing in custom kitchens, baths, mud rooms, bars, laundry rooms, dressing rooms, libraries, or any room requiring millwork. Details and choices can be overwhelming. I thoughtfully listen to wants and needs, helping you make good decisions. I love space planning and problem solving to improve your daily life. Creating beauty is also impactful!

In either new construction or renovations, I work with a team of skilled craftsman, to create hard-working spaces that look fabulous! Projects range from historic and modern suburban homes, city high-rises and show houses within Chicago and its’ surrounding suburbs, as well as throughout the country.

I love to cook, try new recipes, dine out… all things food and kitchen! Traveling is another love. Historical cities and buildings are incredibly inspiring, along with the local culture. As a board member of a charity that provides economically disadvantaged children with tennis scholarships, I help students achieve a college scholarship while being involved in a sport I love.

A graduate of Harrington Institute of Interior Design, my background in commercial interior design, followed by several years at deGiulio kitchen design, provided a well rounded platform to start my own firm in 1996.
