InnerJasmine - 300 Hr. Teacher Training - Fall 2019 (12 month program)

One of the most exciting things about yoga is there is always something more to explore, learn and question. 

 

I am so excited to be able to assist others in their continued quest into understanding the depth of living a yogic life.  Whether its exploring the physical practices, shapes and forms.  Or looking more in depth to understanding the energetic complexities of our bodies. Or looking more closely into the uniqueness of the mind and body connection. 

 

InnerJasmine's is hosting it's first 300 hour continuing education program.  A collaborative program designed to challenge initial thoughts and open new paths in yoga. 

 

We will explore:

*yogic philosophy 

*asana, alignment conversations

*stylistic differences

*beauty of Sanskrit

*chanting

*finding your inner-voice

 

 

Start Date: Friday, October 4th

1st Saturday of the month:  Oct.5th, Nov.2nd, Dec.7th, special weekend Jan, Feb.1st, March.7th, April.4th, May.2nd, June.6th, 

2nd Friday & Sunday of the month: (Oct, Nov, Dec, Feb, March, April, May, June)

January 10th, 11th, 12th:  Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Sunday July 12th, August 9th, September 20th

Final Weekend September 25, 26, 27th

Friday 7-10pm

Saturday 12-5pm

Sunday 9am-4pm
